Customer details are registered in the customer form. Customer data can be registered via the IMS Graphical User interface (GUI) or imported/linked via interface to a CRM application. The following information can be registered:

  • Customer abbreviation
  • Customer full name
  • Customer related information, like:
    • Customer address
    • Customer contact persons
    • Account manager
  • Customer connections/services
  • Customer locations
  • Customer equipment
  • Customer orders
  • Planned Works impacted to customer
  • Trouble tickets impacted to customer
Secured data/Data Segregation
Some customer data may be sensitive data. In that case all customer data will be encrypted in the database and front end. Only users with the correct user permissions can see the unencrypted data.
